In ancient times the city of Patna was known as Pataliputra. Today the city of Patna is the capital of the state of Bihar, situated on the southern bank of the holy Ganges river. ISKCON Temple is a religious Hindu Gaudiya Vaishnava organization founded by his beloved Swami Prabhupada.
