Shravan Ashtami Mela in Shaktipeethas: 1.08 Lakh Devotees Paid Visit (शक्तिपीठों में श्रावण अष्टमी मेला: 1.08 लाख श्रद्धालुओं ने किये दर्शन)

About 1.08 lakh devotees thronged the Shaktipeeths for the Shravan Ashtami fair. About 50 thousand devotees attended the court of Mata in Shri Nayana Devi. Apart from this, 42 thousand devotees paid obeisance at Chintpurni, 10 thousand at Jwalamukhi, 1500 at Bajreshwari temple Kangra and 4500 at Chamunda temple.14 lakh 96 thousand 670 cash, 10 gram 500 mg gold, 2 kg 416 gram silver, US dollar one, Malaysia RM two were offered at Nayanadevi temple on the third day of the fair. A large number of devotees from Punjab, Himachal, Haryana, Delhi and other states reached the court of Mata.

Devotees told that the darshan was convenient and there was no problem. The arrangements of the administration looked better and the darshan was enjoyed.
