There is good news for the travelers of Maa Vaishno Devi. Now online booking of the ropeway facility has been started for Bhaironghati. Initially online booking will be done for 2000 passengers. This number will be increased later. The passenger ropeway from the building has the capacity to transport 800 people per hour. It operates for eight to 10 hours. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated this facility on Tuesday.Ropeway tickets will be available through online portal. Earlier this facility was available at the counter on first come first serve basis. This facility will not only provide convenience to the passengers, but will also reduce the expenses of Maa Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
