Kashi Vishwanath Mandir: Lokarpan Utsav 2023 (काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर: लोकार्पण उत्सव 2023)

On the Lokarpan Utsav, lamps lit up from the gate of Srikashi Vishwanath to the gate of Ganga. After Diwali, on the second inauguration ceremony of Baba Ka Dham on Wednesday, the complex was illuminated with the lights of lamps. The inauguration ceremony was celebrated by lighting 15 thousand lamps in the entire campus. Earlier in the morning, Mahadev's courtyard echoed with the sound of conch and playing of damru. Veda parayana, Maharudrabhishek and havan-puja took place in the temple premises. 21 Batukas chanted mantras.On the special day of inauguration, 3.15 lakh devotees paid obeisance in Baba's Darbar. On the other hand, in the afternoon, Shivbarat Committee took out the folk festival procession from Maidagin to Dedhasi bridge with the slogan of Har Mahadev. In this procession which lasted for about two and a quarter kilometers, the artist performed a dance in the form of Maa Kali carrying fire weapons. The tableaux in the procession of Kashipuradhipati captivated everyone.
