Today i.e. on 15th June, the 60th foundation day of Kainchi Dham is being celebrated with great enthusiasm in the Kainchi Dham temple of Nainital, Uttarakhand. Bhandara has been organized on this occasion. The fame of Neem Karoli Baba has spread across the country and abroad. It is believed that the miracles performed by him are still remembered today.
A Mela is organized here every year on 15th June on the occasion of the foundation day of Kainchi Dham temple. A large number of devotees come to this Mela and have darshan of Neem Karoli Baba. A very special splendor is seen here on this day. It is believed that every wish made in this temple is fulfilled by Neeb Karori.
Who is Neem Karoli Baba?
Neem Karoli Baba is one of the great saints of the 20th century and is popular because of his divine powers. He was born around the year 1900 in Akbarpur, Uttar Pradesh. He was a devotee of Bajrangbali. According to beliefs, Neem Karoli Baba is said to be the incarnation of Hanuman ji in Kalyug.
