Hanuman Janmotsav at Hanumangarhi Ayodhya (हनुमानगढ़ी अयोध्या में हनुमान जन्मोत्सव)

Hanumangarhi located in Ayodhya has its own history and recognition. People come here from far and wide to have darshan of Bhagwan. Now Hanuman Jayanti is being celebrated on 23rd April, so you can also go for darshan of Hanuman ji on this special day. Every year Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated on the Purnima of Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month.It is said that whoever worships Bhagwan Hanuman on this day gets the desired boon. It is believed that Bhagwan Ram had ordered his beloved devotee Hanuman ji to stay in Hanumangarhi located in Ayodhya after returning from Lanka.

Hanumangarhi is counted among the special temples of Hanumanji. The idol of Hanuman ji resting in this temple is also very special. Here Hanuman ji is seated in red colour. Hanumangarhi temple also has a special 'Hanuman Nishan'.
