The process of gold inlaying the doors of the ground floor of Ayodhya Ramnagari has reached the final stage. A total of 42 doors are to be installed in the three-storey Ram temple. There will be 14 doors each on each floor. All the doors on the ground floor of Ram temple are being studded with gold. It is estimated that 50 kg of gold will be required to inlay these doors with gold.
The doors are of teak wood. These have been carved before. Then copper sheeting has been done. It is being coated with 24 carat gold. By January 5, the work of gold plating all the doors on the ground floor will be completed.
Dr. Anil Mishra, member of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that
there will be no stall or shop of any kind of food items in the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. That means you won't even find a tea shop here. Such a decision has been taken to keep the premises clean.If you love this news please
