Bhagwan Vishwakarma Mandir is the initiation point of Indraprastha, the most famous newly constructed city of Mahabharat. The Pandavas had established this city on Khandav Van with the help of Vishwakarma, The architect of the devlok. This city was the capital of the Pandavas and is nowadays known as New Delhi, the capital of India.
