To motivate people towards the loving Leelasthli of Shri Krishna a magnificent temple Leeladham was established in Vrindavan. Nine stories, 221 feet high, white marbled temple was inaugurated in 1969 by Srimad Lilanand Thakur(Pagalbaba), therefore also called as Pagalbaba Mandir.
Golden history of the temple:
Baba was the inspired by Taj Mahal in Agra in 1969, millions of tourists come from country and abroad to see the Taj Mahal, but people are not motivated to come Vrindavan the loving Leelasthli of Lord Krishna, still its near Agra.
To attract the attention of international tourists towards Vrindavan, initiate a project to build a grand temple. In the short term gap a huge plot selected on Vrindavan - Mathura road, soon there is a nine-storey spacious marble temple Liladham established on dry farm land.

From eight in the morning until eight at night, Temple organized the electronic Krishnleela, Ram Leela and Baba Leela on ground floor.
Both left and right side of main welcome area are surrounded with Dharamshala which is handled by mandir trust prabandh samiti.

24*7 akhand jyoti is illuminated in a seprate glass chamber seen from main entry gate, and come before automated jhankis on ground floor.
