Om Mandir, also known as Om Nikhileshwar Mahadev Temple is a famous temple located in Kudacha-Gaon, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Om Temple is dedicated to Bhagwan Shiva. The construction of the 'Om' shaped temple was started on 21 April 2004 by Shri Nikhil Trimurti Pranab Charitable Trust.
History and Architecture of Om Mandir
Om Nikhileshwar Mahadev Temple is shaped like Om and has an area of 40,000 square feet. The construction of the temple started on 21 April 2004. There are about 400 pillars in the temple. No steel was used in the construction of the temple, as it is a Mahadev temple. Apart from Lord Shiva, there are 126 deities in the temple. According to legends, Om Nikhileshwar Mahadev Temple was built inspired by Siddhashram, a very ancient and sacred ashram located north of Kailash and Manasarovar. Om Temple offers an incredible experience.

Om Temple is open throughout the week and darshan timings are from 7 am to 6:30 pm.

Shivratri is the major festival of Om Temple Silvassa. During Sawan Somvar, a huge crowd of devotees throngs the temple.

There is no bus route from other major cities to Silvassa to reach Om Temple. Nearest bus stand is Bhilad. Silvassa is 12 km from Bhilad in Gujarat. Silvassa is 21 km from Vapi in Gujarat. Instead of Silvassa you can get trains to Karambeli on regular basis. Silvassa is 12 km from Karambeli (KEB), Karambeli, Gujarat.
