Gaur Yamuna City is a famous township located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. A 108 feet high statue of Bhagwan Krishna is being constructed in Gaur Yamuna City in Yamuna Authority area. It is being claimed by Gaur Group that this will be the tallest statue of Shri Krishna not only in Asia but also in the world. Krishna Dham Mandir in Gaur Yamuna City is a spiritual place that adds to the tranquility and cultural essence of the township. About Krishna Dham Mandir in Yamuna Expressway
❀ The height of the statue of Bhagwan Krishna Mandir in Yamuna Expressway will be 135 feet from the ground. This statue is being constructed at a cost of about Rs 3 crore 50 lakh. Wearing a golden colored crown, Shri Krishna will be seen standing in the posture of playing the flute.
❀ The huge statue in Krishna Dham Mandir is being constructed under the supervision of Jaipur sculptor Vishnu Prakash Sharma. Its construction work is in the final stage. The idol is being manufactured by artisans from Rajasthan.
❀ The idol will be filled with colors using weatherproof paint, which will reduce the impact of sunlight, rain and changing weather and its maintenance will also be taken care of from time to time.
❀ Preparations are being made to unveil the idol and inaugurate the Krishna Dham Mandir on Janmashtami.
❀ Due to the height of the statue being 135 feet, it will be visible from a long distance. Gaur Yamuna City Township is also being established in the same complex. In such a situation, people will also get to experience holy places like Mathura-Vrindavan in the township.
