Karni Mata temple of Udaipur is inspired by the famous Karni Mata temple of Bikaner. It is also known as Shri Manshapurn Karni Mata Mandir due to the fulfillment of the wish. Karni Mata is also known as Karniji and Nari Bai. The Karni Mata Temple in Udaipur was established by Maharana Karan Singh between 1620 and 1628.
According to beliefs, visiting this temple twice a day is considered highly auspicious. That is, if you visit the temple both in the morning and in the evening, then Karni Mata herself fulfills your aspirations and desires.

From here the temple can be reached by Udankhatole (ropeway) without stairs. It takes only 5-7 minutes to reach the temple by cable car (Udankhatole) but travelers seem to be highly thrilled about this journey.
