The temple is located at the former Culverhay School in Rush Hill in Bath by the Shree Jagannath Temple UK group and the Bath Hindu Community. In Hinduism, Bhagwan Jagannath is considered as an incarnation of Bhagwan Vishnu, the preserver and protector of the universe.

Sri Jagannath Temple UK, Founding Member is Pratap Prusty. The temple was opened for darshan in May 2022.
The main deities of the temple are Lord Jagannath, Mata Subhadra and Lord Balarama. Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesha are also worshiped in the temple. There is also a place for people to practice yoga, dance and art inside the temple.
