Gilharaj Ji Hanuman Mandir is located at Achal Road, Dwarikapuri, Achal Tal, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. History and Architecture of Gilharaj Hanuman Temple
There are more than 50 temples around the Gilharaj Hanuman Temple, but the Gilharaj Ji Temple has the highest recognition. It is said that this sign of Shri Gilharaj Ji Maharaj was first discovered by the holy archer 'Shri Mahendranath Yogi Ji Maharaj' who was a saint. It is believed that Hanuman ji was found in a dream, when that mahant sent his disciple to search there, he found many squirrels on a pile of soil there, after removing which when he dug the place, the idol was found from there. This idol was of Hanuman ji in the form of a squirrel. This temple was built by a Mahant of the Nath sect.
It is said that Lord Shri Krishna's brother Dauji Maharaj first worshiped Hanuman in the form of a squirrel. This is the only icon found in the whole world in the temple of Achal Tal where Lord Hanuman's eye is visible. This temple is said to be very ancient.

You can visit the Gilharaj Hanuman Temple from Sunday to Monday from 06:30 - 12:30,16:30 - 22:00.

❀ According to belief, Hanumanji is not offered more than one chola in a day, but here Bajrangbali is offered 50-60 cholas daily for the whole day.
On Hanuman Jayanti, there is a crowd of people coming from far and wide to visit the temple. By offering Mangi Laddu here, the desired wish is fulfilled. Every Tuesday and Saturday a large number of devotees visit the temple to offer prayers.
