History of Ghanteshwar Hanuman Temple
Shri Ghanteshwar Hanuman Temple is a self-contained pilgrimage site. This temple was earlier known as Shri Hanuman Temple. But the leela of self-proclaimed Hanumanth is immense. Therefore, within a few years, countless brass bells were deposited there. Brass bells were offered by the devotees when their wishes were fulfilled. Therefore, all these congregations together decided to name the temple as Shri Ghanteshwar Hanuman Temple.
