Agroha Dham is situated in Hisar Haryana, whose construction was started in 1976 and completed in 1984. Agroha Dham Temple is dedicated to Devi Mahalakshmi. The Dham is divided into three parts, the middle part is dedicated to Maa Lakshmi and the eastern part to Maharaja Agrasen and the western part to Maa Saraswati.
Rameshwar Dham made of twelve Jyotirlinga is built in the back of the temple. A lake has been constructed in the middle of the temple, which has been sanctified with the waters of 41 holy rivers.
Agroha is the holy abode of Agrabansh
Agrawal Samaj considers Agroha Dham as its holy Dham. There are many places of interest in the Dham, which include Krishna Leela tableau in the temple premises, Gajmukteshwar tableau, Maa Vaishno Devi cave 15 feet below the ground, Tirupati Balaji, Bhairavnath, Baba Amarnath as well as a 90 feet high statue of Hanuman ji. Every year on the occasion of Sharad Purnima a fair is held in Agroha Dham, in which lakhs of devotees from all over the country come to see the Dham.
Temple opening hours
The time of Aarti in the temples starts at 5 in the morning, which lasts for two hours. After the Aarti, the temple complex is opened for devotees at 7 in the morning who can have darshan till 8 in the night.
Festival
The Agroha Mahakumbh festival is held every year on Sharad Purnima.
