Recipe:* Finely Filter the Flour of Urad Dal.
* in a Bowl, Heat a Little Hot Water, Add Cumin, Asafoetida (Hing), Salt, Crushed Black Pepper, Crushed Red Chilli and Papad Khar and Let It Cool.
* Mix Desi Ghee in the Flour of Urad Dal and Knead a Hard Dough Slowly with Spicy Water.
* Prepare the Dough by Pulling on the Stone Grinder (Sil-batta).
* Keep on Stamping(Kutna) for a While and Keep Applying Mustard Oil in the Middle, Thus the Dough Will Be Slightly Soft by Stamping.
* Make Small Dough Balls by Making Dough Rolls.
* with the Help of Oil or Urad Flour, Make a Thin Papad.
* Reverse and Dry It for a While in the Sun.
* Keep It Closed in an Airtight Box. Eat Roasted or Fried Whenever You Want.

2 - Salt - 2 Teaspoons
3 - Cumin Seeds - 2 Teaspoons
4 - Ground Black Pepper - 2 Tsp
5- Asafoetida - 2 Teaspoon

4 - Papad Khar - Two Spoons
4- Desi Ghee - 2 Tsp

10- Water - as per Need
