Suji Ka Halwa Recipe:
Firstly, put a ghee in a pan and melt it in a medium flame. Now add a Semolina (suji) in it. Stir and roast it well until it gets pink (golden brown). Then turn the gas on a low flame.
Put the water, sugar in the roasted Semolina and keep it stirring well. When the sugar dissolves and mixture becomes thick, add chopped nuts (cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and other nuts) into it. Now add 2-3 spoons of ghee in the halwa and mix it well that makes the dish become elongated and shiny. Now put the cardamom powder in halwa and stir it well. Turn off the gas. Now keep the halwa in other utensil and in this way, Suji Ka Halwa gets ready for indulgence.
Ingredients:
Semolina (Suji), ghee, sugar, water
Cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, cardamom
