Moong Dal Mangude Recipe (मूंग दाल के मगौड़े बनाने की विधि)

Recipe:
First, keep the chilka moong dal soaked in water for 5 to 6 hours. After soaking, when it is blown then press it gently with hand and peel its chilka well. Now pour water and clean it thoroughly. And then take the water out of it. Now, grind the dal (not too fine and not too thick) with the mixer.
When the dal grinds properly, take it out in another vessel. Now add the salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, asafoetida (hing), finely chopped (green chilli, green coriander & ginger) in dal and mix it well. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil heats up properly, then take some amount of prepared mixture of dal in a hand and put eight to ten small round pieces of it and fry it in a heated pan. When maguade is fried from one side then turn it and cook it from another side until it becomes dark brown. Once it turns dark brown, take them out in a plate and in the same way, make the rest of maguade with the mixture.
