Makhane Ki Kheer Recipe
Makhane Ki Kheer:
While making a prasad for offerings, taking care of purity is very important. Also, make sure to clean each utensil and kitchen.
Recipe:
Firstly, cut the makhana/ lotus seed into small pieces. Then add ghee in a pan and roast the sliced makhane on a medium flame till it turns light pink in colour. Now heat up the milk in a pan on a medium flame.

When the milk comes to boil, put the roasted makhana in it and stir it properly with a spoon. Kheer should be cooked in an open pan. When the makhane gets soft, add the nuts into it. Now stir a kheer for a while with the spoon.
