On Tuesday, a golden urn was offered on the peak of the world's tallest Bade Baba temple built in Kundalpur, the Jain Siddha pilgrimage area of Damoh district.
Thousands of people reached Kundalpur Bade Baba temple to see this spectacle. This temple is built 189 feet high on a 500 feet high hill. On which a 15 feet three inches long and 9 feet wide golden urn has been installed. This Kalash is coated with 1200 kg copper and 10 kg gold. Urns weighing 400-400 kg have also been offered on the peaks of two temples of 141-141 feet height in the east and west. These too are coated with 2 kg of gold. Similarly, a 500 kg copper Kalash has been placed on the Sahastrakoot located in front of the temple.
On this occasion, Acharya Shri Samay Sagar Maharaj, while giving an auspicious sermon, said that it is not possible to see the Tirthankaras in person today, but by assimilating the words of the Tirthankaras, we have paved the way for self-welfare and salvation.
