ISRO Chief S Somnath offered prayers at
Somnath temple in Gujarat on Thursday. After the success of Chandrayaan-3 and Aditya L-1 Mission, ISRO is making waves across the world. Even though ISRO scientists are behind this success, S Somnath has repeatedly reiterated that God's blessings are also behind this success of ISRO.
After offering prayers at Somnath temple, S Somnath spoke to media persons. During the conversation, he said, "It is our good fortune that soft-landing of Chandrayaan-3 lander could be done on the Moon. This is the blessing of Lord Somnath. After gathering information about Moon, Mars and Sun, ISRO is now eyeing Venus." A few days ago, ISRO Chief had informed that India's next mission will be to Venus, the brightest planet of our solar system.
He also informed that payloads have already been developed for this mission.
