The Prachin Neeli Chatri Mandir Pandvon Kalin is the ancient temple of Lord Shiva established from the time of Mahabharata, it is popularly known as Neeli Chatri Mandir. The temple is situated on the banks of the river Yamuna, on the Bahadur Shahi Gate Number 2 of Salimgarh Fort.

According to the local community, it is believed that the eldest brother of Pandavas named Dharmaraj Yudishtir had established this temple during Ashwamedh Yagna. This temple is only mentioned in the various chronicles of Delhi.
