Mukti Dham, Mukam is located near Bikaner, Rajasthan, where there is a popular temple of Guru Jambheshwar, the founder of Bishnois Samaj, which is also known as Mukti Dham Mukam. In today's time, the temple built on Guruji's Samadhi has been renovated and made into a grand temple. The temple built on Guruji's Samadhi is called Nij Mandir. Two fairs are organized in Muktidham place in a year on the Amavasya of Phalgun and Asoj. In which the number of devotees coming is very high.

History of Mukti Dham Mukam
This is a big and main temple of the Bishnoi community. They also follow 29 rules. Always love animals and the environment. The sacred tomb of Bhagwan Guru Jambeshwar is built here. It is said that Guruji lived here from 1540-1593 AD and established the Bishnoi sect in 1542 AD. Guruji was seated on the highest peak of this place and used to perform havan.

It is said about the place that Guru Jambhoji Bhagwan, before his demise, gave the sign of Khejri tree for Samadhi, and said that “By digging 24 cubits near Khejri, Bhagwan Shiva's trident and Dhuna will be found, you make my Samadhi there. \"

That trident and gun were found in today's Mukam temple where the tomb of Bhagwan Jambhoji is built. And that Khejri is also still there. Whom the Bishnois worship. At some distance near the destination, there is Samrathal Dhora where Bhagwan Jambhoji had performed penance for a long time and was blessed with the welfare of living beings. Any devotee who goes to this place definitely goes to Samrathal Dhore and definitely gets washed there.

The ancestors of the Bishnoi community tell that after Bhagwan Jambhoji left his body, till the trident was found, Jambhoji's mortal remains were tied in a Lalasar Sathri cloth and kept above the ground by a Khejri tree. And till then all the devotees remained sitting near him. And all around it there is forest. Major festivals of Mukti Dham Mukam
Falgun Amavasya fair is the main festival in Mukti Dham place every year from 28th February to 3rd March, but Asoj fair was started by Saint Vilhoji in Vikram Samvat 1648. A large number of devotees visit every Amavasya. All the devotees who reach the destination have darshan of the Samadhi and take dhoka. Here, a Havan is performed to purify the environment, in which offerings of ghee and copra are made.

All the devotees coming here feed the birds which they feed every morning and evening.
