Sri 1008 Neminath Digambar Jain Temple is the most encouraging religious inspiration for Jain society.
Whenever a man moves to a new place to live, there he wants to be with his Bhagwan there, along with this supreme goal laid the strong foundation of the Jain temple, Rajnagar Extension. The construction work of the temple is still in progress, so not only all the Jain society, but also all the eternal lovers make their own contribution towards the construction of the temple.
History of the temple:
In February 2015, some Dharma Parayan Jain families of Rajnagar Extension organized a 1-hour Namokar Mantra chant to awaken their religious sentiment. From here, the sprout of temple construction sprouted, then on the first Sunday of each month, this chanting of Namokar Mantra continued. The positive association of the people ignited this religious light even more and people started joining, growing, increasing religious influence.
On 2 April 2017, a committee was selected following the recitation of this Namokar Mantra. This committee gained recognition on 15 October 2017. After that the efforts for land identification and acquisition were intensified and by the grace of Bhagwan Neninath ji, in February 2018, the selection and acquisition of land for the temple was completed.
The foundation stone of the temple was laid on 18 February 2018 under the auspices of 108 Muni Shri Saurabh Sagar Ji Maharaj. On 22 July 2018 there was no place for the happiness of the devotees, because today the statue of Shri 10008 Padmaprabhu God was to be installed.
Subsequently, the pious work of acquiring the land to make the temple grand and spacious is going on continuously. In the midst of all this, grand celebrations are being organized in the temple like Dashlakshan festival, Athaiyo etc. At the same time, the construction work of the temple is going on continuously with the efforts of Bhagwan Kripa and the committee.
