Bindudham also known as Binduvasni Temple is located in Barhwara in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand. This temple is dedicated to the Trinity i.e. Maha Durga, Maa Kali, Maha Lakshmi and Maha Saraswati in the form of Shaktipeeth where you can find a 35 feet idol of Hanumanji.

History and Architecture of Bindudham
Bindudham is located in Barharwa in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand and is a popular pilgrimage site among the local people. Although the exact history of the temple's construction is still a matter of debate, it is said to have been established thousands of years ago.

This temple is dedicated to Devi Lakshmi, Devi Durga and Devi Saraswati and is one of the major Shakti Peethas of the state. This temple is beautifully situated on the top of Binduvasani Hills, and hence many people also call it Binduvasani Temple.

According to local legends, the temple site is believed to be the place where three blood drops of Devi Sati fell after Bhagwan Vishnu dismembered her body. Today, this temple holds immense religious importance and is visited by thousands of Hindu devotees every year. This is where you can see the actual footprints of Bhagwan Hanuman and his majestic 35-foot statue.

Bindudham Darshan Timings
Bindudham darshan time is from 6.00 am to 12.00 noon. 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Daily puja time is 6.30 am.

Major festivals of Bindudham
Chaitra Navratri, Durga Puja are the most widely celebrated festivals here. A nine-day Mahayagya is organized on Chaitra Navratri. Bindudham Temple hosts regional cultural activities as well as almost all Hindu puja occasions like Ram-Navmi, Hanuman Jayanti, Govardhan Puja, Rani Sati Puja, Guru Purnima, Khatu Shyam Puja etc.

How to reach Bindudham
Bindudham, Barharwa is an important town in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand. Barharwa is well connected to other cities and towns, and hence can be easily reached by rail. Bindudham is located at a distance of about 2 km from Barharwa Railway Station.
