The festival of Holi celebrated on the fifth day of Chaitra is called Rang Panchami. This festival is celebrated in different regions of India with different methods and reasons. In the Braj region, Rangpanchami is considered to be the concluding day of the five-day Holi festival.
On the auspicious occasion of Rang Panchami, the people of Indore take immense pleasure by coloring in the colors of the world famous Ger. Under this, this tradition that has been going on for 300 years, more than 3000 pandals, around 1.5 crore people of all castes and religions gather from every corner of the country.
In Maharashtra, it is a tradition to celebrate this festival with dancing, singing and fun in the fishermen's colony on Panchami day after Holi. And special food Puranpoli is definitely made.
