Divine Samor Baba Temple, according to legends, when the self-manifested Shivling had descended on the banks of the pond 400 years ago, the Samor Baba Temple was built at that spot. Due to its proximity to the water pond, it is also called Samor and Bhagwan Shiva was always called Baba by his devotees, hence the devotees call this temple as Samor Baba Mandir.
Now this divine Samor Baba Mandir is about to be revived. The temple will be given an attractive look with a cost of about 5 crores and will be famous as an attractive tourist destination. A Blueprint of the entire project has been prepared which is very attractive. The project of beautification of Divya Samor Baba Temple has been done at a cost of 5 crores and the foundation stone has been laid by the Tourism Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

Renovation of temples is a very good idea, it attracts devotees as a good tourist destination along with preserving the artwork and history culture of temples. Now the Divya Samor Baba Temple is also going to be converted into an attractive tourist destination, which is a welcome step.
