Necessary Ingredients:
Milk: 1 liter
Semolina: 100 grams
Ghee: One tablespoon
Sugar: 100 grams
Cashews: 10 to 15 chopped
Badam: 8 to 10 chopped
Kissmis: 15 to 20 washed whole
Garry Gola: 1/4 cup grated
Cardamom: three to four grinded
Recipe:
First, put semolina in a pan, pour a spoonful of ghee and roast it on a medium flame, stirring constantly, until it turns light pink. And turn off the gas and take it out in another vessel. Now the heaters heat the milk on medium heat.
When the milk boils well. Then slow down the heat and add roasted semolina to it, and keep stirring with the help of a spoon. When the semolina swells, add sugar to it. When the sugar dissolves well after 2 to 3 minutes, then add chopped nuts to the kheer. When the dry fruits become soft then add cardamom powder and mix well. Turn off the gas and take out the kheer in another vessel. In this way, suji kheer is prepared.
* This must be kept in mind while making suji kheer. While preparing the kheer, keep stirring it for a while with the help of a spoon. So that the kheer does not fall under the bottom of the pot.
