Sabudana Kheer Recipe (साबूदाने की खीर बनाने की विधि)

Recipe:
First, keep the Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls) for half an hour in the utensil. In the meantime, put the milk and heat it up on a medium flame in a vessel. When the milk gets boiled, add the soaked Sabudana in it. And stir it continuously with the help of a spoon.
When the milk comes to a boil again, turn the flame to the medium and keep it stirring for a couple of minutes with a spoon.

When Sabudana becomes translucent, then add the chopped nuts (cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, pistachios etc.) into it and let it cook for another few minutes.

After this, add a sugar in the kheer and stir it well for 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Now cook it gently and switch off the flame.

Now add cardamom powder to Sabudana kheer and mix it well. And take it out in another vessel. In this way, Sabudana Kheer is ready to enjoy.

Ingredients:
◉ Sabudana (tapioca pearls)
