Mathura Ke Pede Recipe (मथुरा के पेड़े बनाने की विधि)

In the birthplace of Lord Krishna, Mathura Ke Pede is famous all over. Whenever people visit Mathura, they definitely take these Peda with them. Let's know the method of making these famous Mathura Ke Pede at home.
Recipe:
Put two spoons of ghee in a pan and lighten it on a low flame. Now put Mawa/Khoya, stir it with a spoon and roast it gently. After roasting it for 3-4 minutes, Mawa becomes golden (golden brown) then add one spoon of sugar in it and turn off the flame after mixing it well. Now take out the Mawa in another utensil.

Put Bura and Cardamom powder in Mawa and mix it well. Take the prepared mixture in hand and make a ball or laddu of it. Now put the laddu in the middle of palms in both hands and press it gently. In this way, Mathura Ke Pede gets ready.

Mawa (Khoya), Ghee, Sugar,
