Recipe:
Firstly, cut the makhana, coconut, chuhare, cashew nuts and almonds separately into small pieces. Now heat the ghee in a pan and roast all the dry fruits step by step. Roast the chironji or melon seeds on a low flame. Then fry the gond (edible gum) and make a powder of it.
Now, prepare a syrup of sugar in a pan and then mix all the dry fruits in it. After then add a cardamom powder to it and take out the mixture in a ghee covered plate. In this way, a delicious Mewa Paag gets ready.
Ingredients:
Ghee, sugar, water
Makhana, Coconut Gari, Cashew, Almond, Chuhare,
Melon seeds, chironji, cardamom, Gond (Edible gum)
