Mawa Ke Modak:
Modak is the most lovable sweet of Lord Ganesha that's why it is used for their indulgence. So let’s know the simplest method of making them.
Recipe:
First, add one spoon of ghee in a pan and fry cashew, maize and almonds on a low flame. Now grind them all to make a powder then add 1-2 spoons of ghee in the same pan and roast Mawa on a low flame. Now take out the Mawa in another vessel for cool down. When the Mawa reaches the moderate temperature, mix Bura, Mewa (cashew, almond, makhane) and cardamom powder to it. Keep the prepared mixture of Mawa in a mould to give the shape of a Modak. In this way, Mawa Ke Modak is ready for indulgence.

Mawa, Ghee, Bura
Meva: Cashew, Almond, Makhane, Cardamom
