Recipe:
Firstly, heat a thick bottom pan on a medium flame. Put sesame (til) in it and slow down the flame. Keep stirring the sesame and roast* it until it becomes light brown. Now take it out in another vessel and let it cool down. In the same pan, put cashews, almonds and lightly fry them then take it out in a bowl. Now in another pan, roast the khoya on a low flame until it becomes light brown. Turn off the gas.
Grind the roasted cold sesame (til) in a mixer. Cut cashews and almonds into small pieces. Now in a pan, mix the prepared sesame mixture (til), boora (crushed sugar), roasted khoya, chopped cashew-almonds and cardamom powder. Now make ladoos from this mixture in a shape of a lemon or as per desire. In this way, khoya-til ke ladoo is ready to enjoy.

Washed Sesame (til), Khoya / Mawa, Bura / Tagaar, Cashew, Almond, Cardamom
