Recipe:
First, in a bowl add two pinches of Saffron (Kesar) in 4-5 spoons of hot milk and kept it for at least 15 minutes. Now put one spoon of ghee in a pan and slightly heat it on a low flame. Now add Mawa and roast it well for 3-4 minutes with the help of a spoon.
Add the prepared mixture of Saffron milk in the Mawa and mix it well for 3-4 minutes. Now turn off the gas and keep the Mawa in another bowl to let it cool down. When it becomes cool, put the bura and cardamom powder in it and mix it well. Then fill the prepared mixture in the mould of Modak. In the same way, prepare the rest of Modak for indulgence.

Mawa (Khoya), Bura, Saffron, Ghee, Milk, Cardamom
