Sri Siddharameshwar Maharaj also known as Sri Siddharameshwar Guru, was a guru of the Inchagiri sect, a part of the Navnath sect, a tradition of 'nine gurus' in India, created by his guru Bhausaheb Maharaj . Nisargadatta Maharaj, Ranjit Maharaj, Kadsiddheshwar, and Ganapatrao Maharaj of Kannur were among his disciples.

He was brilliant since childhood and his mental abilities were excellent. In Inchagiri, Karnataka, India, in 1906, he was initiated by his teacher, 'Shri Bhausaheb Maharaj', who taught mantra meditation as the path to ultimate reality. He was one of the contemporaries of Sri Ramana Maharshi.

Six years after the death of Bhauhaseb Maharaj, in 1920, Siddharameshwar set out on the "Bird's Path", the fastest path to attainment. His classmates were against him, but he eventually became successful on his own.

At the age of 48, Siddharameshwar died on November 9, 1936 (Ekadashi, 11th day of the latter half of the Ashwin month), having imparted his wisdom to his disciples. Hundreds of his disciples are believed to have attained self-realization as a result of his straightforward and clear teachings. His Samadhi temple is now located at Basavan Bagewadi in Vijaypur, Karnataka.
